Head Coach
Caleb Kimbel
Iron Performance is led by former Army Ranger Caleb Kimbel. After a playing D1 baseball and completing 4 years in Special Operations, Caleb is now bringing years of training experience to Northwest Arkansas. Boasting a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, a NASM CPT, and a 75th Ranger Regiment Human Performance Optimization Specialist Certification, Caleb has proven his knowledge across several fields of fitness training. He is also a National Powerlifting League Meet Director and National Level Judge.

Blaze Brothers
With an impressive collegiate and professional baseball career at Cowley County Community College, Northeastern State, Oral Roberts University, and with the Cleburne Railroaders, Blaze holds a JuCo World Series appearance, an NCAA College World Series appearance, All-MIAA First Team, Gold Glove award, an All-Summit League Honorable Mention and a Masters Degree in Sports Management. His impressive statistics, performance, and education are supported by his dedication, knowledge, and experience in strength and conditioning training.
Strength Coach
Blaine Dassero
As a Corpsman in the Navy for over six years, Blaine has experience in human performance, physiological resilience, and training young Sailors in more the just physical fitness. On top of all this, he acted as the battalion Assistant Command Fitness Leader for almost two years. Blaine’s knowledge in human anatomy, physiology, and human systems and structures in the body contribute to the team in a profound way. He is also a fully qualified EMT-A and a Pre-Med Student at the University of Arkansas.

Cody
Duffey
Cody played Baseball and ran Track and Field at Central Baptist College, where he started his college education. After graduating from CBC, Cody attended the University of Central Arkansas to earn his Masters Degree in Exercise Science. He has been working with athletes from all over the state for several years. His extensive knowledge in speed and agility training as well as nutrition and supplementation makes him a valuable asset to the Iron Performance Coaching Staff!

mike wollard
Mike brings almost a decade of experience training and coaching with people from all backgrounds. He boasts a Bachelors Degree in Health Education and Human Performance from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from NSCF and a Certified Personal Trainer, Mike knows what it takes to help athletes reach their true strength potential.

Brooks Both
Brooks brings a lot to Iron Performance with his first hand experience as a former Razorback. His experience and accomplishments working along side the University of Arkansas Strength and Conditioning Staff as an Intern with the Olympic Strength Staff as well as his own performance and preparedness in an SEC weight room is an invaluable asset to young athletes in Northwest Arkansas. His accomplishments include 3x SEC Honor Role, 3x Letter Winner, 2024 Defensive Leadership Council Member, 2024 Team Captain, and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science.
Arm care/velo specialist

Travis is currently a Physical Therapist with Rise and has his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). He runs our baseball arm care and velocity training that involves the latest evidence based training methods to achieve effective and safe results. Travis was also a D1 shortstop and loves being involved in the sports community helping the new generation reach their potential.
